First Time Setup — Certificate Install

Before installing BoldAdmin for the first time, you need to install a security certificate on your machine. This is a one-time step — you won't need to do it again for future updates.

  1. Double-click the downloaded .cer file
  2. Click Install Certificate
  3. Select Local Machine → click Next
  4. Choose Place all certificates in the following store → click Browse
  5. Select Trusted Root Certification Authorities → click OK
  6. Click Next → Finish
  7. Click Yes on the security warning
  8. You're done — now download and install BoldAdmin above ☝️
